We directly engage with our Tenants to ensure a personal service.
We personally interact with our Tenants for Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements, Check-in, monthly Tenancy Summaries, prompt repairs, periodic inspections, Check-out and renewals.
Assured Shorthold Tenancies
All our tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements, providing security for our Tenants.
We are supportive of long term tenancies to provide additional security for our Tenants.
Tenant Fees Act 2019
We believe in being fair to our Tenants, and whilst Agents in the past charged significant fees, we have always been fair to Tenants and not charged Agents' fees.
All Tenants' deposits are secured with the mydeposits government authorised scheme and we manage our properties as required by the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
